I am tingleing all over. i have a hightened state of awareness, my hands and feet are shaking. my heart is thumping but not really hard. I feel like I need to run alot.. Oh yeah Im very dry mouthed. I have been drinking ALOT of water.

I know there are wierd side affects to this pill but should it be this bad? I dont want to stop because I want to lose the fucking weight. UGH! Why did I let myself get gross!

duder, be very careful when you take these. just because something is leagal doesn't mean it's safe

stacker and the rest contain a mix of caffiene and effidriene, which raise your heart beat, but can cause allergic reatiions in some people. your best best is to go with EAS Products, like BETALEAN, but they are much more expenisve (a stacker size bottle will run you 30 bucks). still, i trust eas over stacker any day (eas also started the "body for life program")

Jonkeu,
Let me address the Stacker ll. Hippie is correct all it does is elevate your heart rate and if you are a big person as you say your heart is already beating faster to keep you alive. That feeling is your heart racing. Not good!!!!!

If you are serious about losing weight you do not have to pay alot of money to do so.

ok now here's where you may groan.

Basically you need to change your diet. Best thing is to make a diary of what you eat you will be surprised at what you can cut down.

Don't all of a sudden go to a stop eating start cutting back slowly. This way you can get your body use to cutting down on what you eat. Get a book about basic nutrition from a Barnes and Noble! If you stumble one day do not get discouraged start new the next day. You would be surprised at how easily this would be.

The next thing is exercise. Yea I know GROAN. Look its not as bad as it seems. Start by walked 20 minutes 3 days a week. if you want to start slower you can. Build to 3x 20 minutes. If you park oyu care the furthest you can from the supermarket or train station. Walk when you can instead of taking transportation.

Hey I have been at this for a long time personally. I am still not thin and have weight to lose. But I found that I liked spinning to the point where now I teach it and get paid to exercise at the same time.

oh and if you want, studies have shown that 10 min of walking 6 times a week is as effective as 20 min 3 times. Its all up to you.

the key is balance. if you do a little of everything, (cardio, weight training, diet, and supplements,) it is most effective. don't over load on one thing, and don't neglect anything either

i'm just kidding about hating fat people... my name's fatty for christs sake.

i try to lose weight but i just lack motivation. that's my only real problem, doing nothing is so much easier than doing something.

good luck though, and if you find something that works let me know. all i know is that weed doesn't help. if it did i'd be around 5 pounds

One other thing I found out about Stacker 2. It may make you have a false positive on a drug test. They fucked my buddy on his probation because of it.

JONKEU - I'm sorry to tell you that there are many potential dangerous problems from these products but no reputable study have ever found them beneficial in losing weight.

Mostly they are combinations of caffeine and a diuretic.

There are no miracle weight reductions. Unfortunatley the only way to really lose weight is diet and exercise.
