On the air, it's a gig that he's dull and he sucks. In real life, he is way cool. I guess he reads the board and reads all the negative feedback about his on-air personality (or lack thereof) when he's OFF THE AIR. I'm sure he's saying to himself, "damn I'm not THAT bad..."

Al is cool to hang with, a lot of fun, but he has to realize all the negative feedback is a reflection of his on-air persona, not himself in REAL life.

We love ya Al, and you can do a mean "Al Shuffle." ;)

His on air persona is exaggerated from what he really is. I real life hes very pleasant and kinda cool. When i first met him I was surprised at how nice he was. Hes not a terrible person. He can be a dick at times, and i dont like the way he poduces the show, thats why i clash with him. but all in all hes plesant and not a bad guy

Al thinks the show is all about himself. That's why he wants to censor the guests when they post that he's a tard. You can't sway public opinion, AL! This is a democracy, not some Totalitarian State!! We happy few know you are a complete LOSER!!

Al needs to look at things a little differently. If he's getting hammered on the boards, it means his on-air gig must be working, and he has to expect to get insulted repeatedly and often on the board.

Sure, he'll have trouble losing that image if he ever moves to other radio shows. But since his goal is to move up in management, he might as well get used to being disliked.

Whoever said the board members shouldn't be two-faced hit the nail on the head... if you have a problem with any of the guys try not to kiss there asses to their faces...be real... if thats to hard at least don't make an extra added effort to put on the smiles untill you've had time to go home and post threads such as these... i dont hate anyone on the board and this isn't a direct attack on FBP... However, IF Al in fact said that, i'm sure he to was refering to the fact that noone seems to have a problem with him in the studio... Everybody gets along and has a good time and then suddenly these same people go home and post "Hate Threads" It makes no sence... and why would you want to post a conversation that someone evidently had with you in privet... It lacks class.

well i never said anything about him asking me to stop posting bad things until it was brought up on the air...and he never told me to post nice things, just to stop posting mean things..

i don't hate al, i just don't always agree with some of the things he does and i think that's my right to form that opinion. i don't believe i'm one of the two faced people.

and if talking about this private convo al had with some of the people lacks class, them talking about his drunk phone calls which is al's private life lacks class as well.

How could you hate Al?!,,,all that stuff they say and do to him is really funny and has become an integral part of the show. Besides that Al takes it all and hasn't quit or left the show yet even after most people would have, and he's a pretty cool guy in person.
