There could be a bunch of reasons. When I was 19-20, I was always tired too. It could be an age thing or exercising. When I started working out, I had more energy. When I stopped, I was slapping that snooze button a lot.

I sleep alot but I'm depressed, so I guess that's why.

LENT - Constant tiredness (even w/adequate sleep) is one symptom of depression. Sleep does NOT cure depression, it is a symptom of it.
Have you ever been told that you snore? Are you overweight? If the answer to both is yes, you may have a form of sleep apnea, a condition where you litterally stop breathing while you're sleeping. You wake up feeling all dragged out.
Of course, there could be other causes such as anemia, or you might just not be sleeping enough. Adolescents till about 20 or 22 should get 8-10 hours of sleep a night.

YES!!!!!! Horde King I have the same problem as Lent, but its not a often. Sometimes I wake up not quite refreshed, and Ill go through the day feeling like I could fall asleep on a dime, sometimes I feel once I do something pysical Ill be awake the whole day without feeling sleepy. However this is ONLY on th weekdays when I go to sleep around 12AM and wake up at 6:40ish. Oveoulsy that could have alot to do with it, but I dont get this way on the weekends.

You may be interested to know that now there are sleep techs who can hook up monitoring equipment in your house to test for sleep apnea and related disorders.
Until recently, you had to spend the night at a sleep clinic.
The testing is covered by almost all insurance companies but a trip to an ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist is the first step to take.
