i also dislike al, but billy got what was coming to him, if indeed he has been suspended. you just can't get away with anything these days. not saying this wasn't a big thing and he shouldn't have been punished for it, but al really needs to take things a little less seriously.

The moral of this story: Use Direct deposit, then you wouldn't give a shit what happens to your check.

Billy Staples is pathetic. First he had to do a bit that opie and anthony came up with originaly to punish spaz for walking off of the show without notice. Billy did it because he is not creative and he just wanted to pick on Al. Then he went and acting like a big fucking monkey, flinging his poo around trying to become the alpha male.

Al is no better. Anything that happens to him becomes a freaking federal case. Even before last night he just shts down when things get too stressful and nothing gets accomplished.

What I think these two morons need to learn is that they are both expendable. Their names aren't on the Marquee. And I think the show would be a hell of a lot better off without them.

Before we start jumping to conclusions and saying this guy was whining and that guy is suspended or fired, lets look at what happened.

On Wednesday Ron told Billy to perform this stunt on Friday.
On Thursday, He reminded Billy who feigned forgetfulness.
These guys are very able performers who bring their characters to an amazing life like degree of perfection.

So in my humble opinion I would wait and see how where and how the chips fall on Monday

Look ron told billy to do it yes, but to only crap on his paycheck, this turned into solo billy when he wiped it all over alfred, I know this management very well, suspension is 100% but probably after monday night, they need staples to go down to ground zero for the memorial

I thought that Ron told him on the air to use Al's check to wipe himself, to see if Al was doing his job and listening to the show. He did not hear that comment on the monitors or was not paying attention. Therefore one must conclude that because Al failed to do his job and monitor the show on the air, this situation occurred. Whether it was a test to see if Al listens to the show or not, and it went too far, the fact of the matter is that AL did not do his job first, by listening, and put a stop to it. Also, it show how much the other staff listen or dislike Al, if they did not warn him of this possibility. Nor did anyone who said they talk with Al.

You're implying that Al could have stopped it, even if he tried to. The REAL fact of the matter is that Al's choosing to behave like a normal human being in his "workplace" and Ron & Fez's continual undercutting of whatever authority he's supposed to have, both on the air and behind the scenes, means that there was nothing there to stop Billy- short of massive physical viloence. It's the same reason Joe Poo gets away with all the uncalled-for, immature crap he does. Billy and Joe know that no matter what they do, they won't get in any trouble. Because Al behaves like an adult, and if he does happen to go to management, R&F come down against Al. He can't win.
This time, however, the violation might just be big enough that it can't be ignored. If he chooses to persue it, there ARE crimes here. Theft, for one, and a caller mentioned assault, which a legal case can definitely be made for. You might like Billy, you might hate Al, but take it at its simplest: a man stole money from another man, then rubbed feces against him. Come on, admit it, you read that in the paper and you're looking to have that guy locked up.

Al did commit assult by threatening Billy according to the definition and vice versa later with Billy's comments. Did anyone call the police when the incident occured? I do not belive so, no dispatches to uniformed officers at that location occured on Friday night. So far this is a civil matter with both parties being at fault for the final results.

Dictionary definitions are often very different than legal definitons.
The intent to return an item does not at all nullify the "theft" (ie. joyriding), and the "augmentation" specifically nullifies the intent anyway, b/c the item was not returned in its original condition, actually in a lesser condition, and the intent was definitively to alter the condition of the item.
Also, a legal assault need not be "viloent" in the sense of drawing blood, for example, and your def. of battery certainly does apply. Al's threats and actions were only in self-defense, and unfortunately for Billy are recorded and documented.
Lastly, the fact that the police weren't called at the exact time of the incident has no bearing on anything. That's like saying a rape victim who reports the crime days later should have no recourse.

First of all, all Al had to do was go back and check out "Fat Guys" best days at O&A. Obviously, if he was listening AT ALL he would've known this was coming. I called right as they went to break for this Friday night, I knew what Billy was gonna do, so I asked Al.
ME: Hey Al, what is Billy gonna do?
AL: I don't know - they wouldn't tell me
ME: C'mon man, you really don't know?
AL: I don't know...
ME:No shit...
AL: Ok, Gotta go buddy take it easy...click.
So, I hesitate to say it was Als' "fault". Read our conversation again, I did everything(oddly enough, not purposely) but say "Hey Al - Billy's gonna shit on you paycheck". He works there, he should know better.

Direct Deposit is a choice, you just dont automatically put someone through it. When you get emplyed they give you the option, some choose it some don't. I don't because I like to see that my exact pay is there ect.
