I cannot sing the praises of this film enough. Its a japanese movie, it may be kind of hard to find. I do own it and am more than willing to make copirs for people who are interested. It was one of if not the best film I saw last year. PLEASE SEE THIS FILM!!

Ive heard of Battle Royale. Its supposes to be the sickest most violent flick in japan. Its so graphic, that it wont be seen on American screeens. You can only get it on the black market or ebay.

Yes, its pretty violent. But, just talking about that doesn't give credit to what a well acted, well written, well directed film this is.

BR is a pretty damn good flick.

I also suggest you try to find a copy of "Ring". It's a Japanese horror flick from a few years ago, but it's quite simply one of the best horror films made in any country in the past decade or so. It's actually scary, unlike the teen-slasher shit they put out nowadays.

Your right seven, ring is very good. If you want a good fun horror flick, not so much scary, Then check out "Vs" Its a japanese zombie flick, Came out like last year I believe. Not really scary, but a whole lot of fun.

I don't know the name of the store, because its in chines, but if you go into any of the little stores that have a bunch of cds in the window, or lookfor signs that say VCD, its pretty easy to find.

And if it has subtitles it will say so on the packaging. When I bought it I could only find it on VCD, but they may have it on DVD at this point.

I realize that on the surface these are both movies about young people being compelled to participate in a tournament of death, but beyond that they're very different. Like about two completely different things. If you want to play that game you'd better start bumping Lord of the Flies, or The Most Dangerous Game or a bunch of other threads.

The same way the point of Benjamin Button is about literally the exact opposite thing as Forest Gump but people wanted to act like the guy just recycled his script because hey, it's a story where some things happen to a guy over a period of time. See?!?!? Total Ripoff.
