Sure, everyone may have a favorite series or two, but what is your all time favorite single episode.

Mine would have to be Buffy the Vampire Slayer's "Hush". I loved the story and the execution of it. Any show that could go for over 30 minutes without 1 word of dialog and still tell an incredible story has to be up there.

Homeland
ep. #401 (the first episode of hte fourth season)
directed by series star Adrian paul
i loved this episode, it was a good show but it never really went back to it roots like the movie did (except the flashbacks in scotland) this is just my favorite episode of one of my favorite shows, ialso dig Duncan's broadsword

My favorite would have to be the season premeire of the very short lived series "Relativity" on ABC. The rest of the series sucked but that first episode was really good.

Wow....let me try and break it down into genres...

Drama series: The episode of NYPD Blue where Jimmy Smits died. It's not often that I get misty-eyed at a TV show, but this was one of thsoe times.

Horror: The aforementioned "Hush" episode of Buffy.

Sci-Fi: Babylon 5. Specifically, "Comes the Inquisitor".
(Although other Bab 5 episodes "Passing through Gethsemane", "A Late Delivery from Avalon" and "Sleeping in Light" are favorites of mine too.)

ITs a toss up between the episode where buffys mother died, and the Episode of Homocide with Vincent Dinofiro where he was pinned by the train.

Coming in a close second would be The episode of Small Wonder where the brother repogrammed therobot as a sex slave.

Any episode of bewitched with dr. Bombay. The episode of Lassie where timmys mom crashes the car, and a tornado is coming, and there is a man trapped by a dam that is about to break, and the fat friend of timmy's gets his foot caught in a bear trap, at the same time, timmy's dad knocks over a lantern in the barn and it catches fire....and then lassie runs into town to a police officer, barks twice, and the police save the fat kid, pull the flipped over truck away from the cliff, extinguish the fire, repair the dam, and do that just in time to get everyone inside the storm shelter. Talk about high drama!

I'll break it down...

Star Trek, TNG: Best of Both Worlds Part One.

"We have engaged... the Borg."

Three's Company: "The Rocket". Jack takes a muscle relaxant and then has one too many at a Black Tie even with Janet. The physical comedy done by John Ritter was AMAZING.

Homicide: Life on the Street... either the Sniper episode, the Arson episode ("I didn't know about the dog.") or Gordon Pratt.
