I think it's time the "BigAss" Cards are converted into bumperstickers and posters, or any other promotional item that would "get the word out" about the great radio happening here.
I know that more people would turn off the crap on TV and listen to great radio if they knew about it. Maybe the staffers of RF should put the Promotions Department Head in a chokehold. :)

I agree Heckler. Other than the promos on air, I do not see any other advertising. some Ads and stickers would be a help

Heckler, I think that's a great idea, but unfortunatly I have to call you out and say it was my idea first....(not that I care or that it's a big deal). About 6 months ago I emailed Dukes telling him of this idea, such as since O&A have WOW stickers, could we get Big A.S.S. stickers. He just replied with a simple, "HAHA, yea that would be cool." I was upset. Since you have more pull than me, maybe you could get this thing started right.

secondly, how is getting bumper stickers or poster copying O&A? every f-ing station has promo poster and bumper stickers... just look at f-ing Z-100.... anything that puts the name of the show in the public is a good thing... word of mouth can only go so far.....

A stickers a good idea but how bout something thats a little more controversial. That way it will get more publicity for the show. How bout The Ron and Fez Show home abortion kit? I bet it will end up on all the newsmags. Coat hanger included, of course silly.

Red Rocket I completly agree because I know its true. Like I said before I sent him this idea six months ago, there is even a thread on this very board somewhere about my sticker idea. He gave me a little response, and nothing ever came of it. I'm glad some talent like Gaia is doing this, maybe it will take off.
