Blain Ensley leaves WNEW...

At 6:45 this morning, Blain announced he's out at WNEW and taking off to rejoin Rocky Allen in Detroit.

He wanted to stress he wasn't fired; nor did Ferall force him out. The money Disney offered was great, plus it was an opportunity to "go home".

Thanks for everything, Blain. Especially since my first memory of 9/11 was hearing your voice.

So is it now "Ferall the SportsGuy"? Who is the next member of SportsMenudo?

Ok knowledged one. The junkies will take over howards spot. Never in a million years. Luckily they are friends with Don otherwise they would have been gone a while ago. Their ratings aren't that great. I would love to have Ron and Fez move into their slot on JFK.

actually in the last book that infinity got the junkies were #1 other then the Rap/Hip Hop Stations and really only had one bad 3 month period other then that they have been #1 for like 6 of 8 books so their ratings are better then you think. I love listening to them because they are hilarious but wish Ron and Fez were in a better situation (except i work at night and only hear them because of the delay)
