Should I eat Better?

HK, Should I be watching what I eat? Im a very fussy eater, I rarley eat veggies, and working in a deli all I eat are eggs sandwhiches in the morning, and a big sandwhich at lunch. But Should I be watching the amount of fat and carbs and all that stuff that will put on the pounds?

I tend to watch what I eat...although there are times when I slip and go off that wagon, and the drinking is way up. Then I become a watch what I eat/exercise freak again....
