You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

If gvac takes 2 Paxils, drinks 1 liter of bourbon and smokes 1 joint and I take 2 10 mg's of Valium, 2 Celexa's and a liter of Absolut, who ends up in the ER first? And what if he's in his truck and I'm in my Pacer?

Neither of you would end up in the ER - unless your body was discovered within a short while after taking all that.

I think GVACs truck would easily definitely beat your pacer to the morgue.
