Okay, here is my dream ... I was at my cousin's house and there was a board party/family member party at this house. And I was expecting to see someone who I wanted to talk with. But this person wouldn't talk to me. { This part you don't have to analyze, I understand this part! }

Then, here is what scared me .... there was a huge fly on my right hand, and it was digging in my skin, and I was bleeding so badly, I tried to stop it, but it wouldn't stop ...

Both appear to me to be related. The party location was away from your house which signifies that you may carry feelings of lonliness or feel the need to distance yourself from your family and friends.
