Big ASS Block Party

How about we have a Big ASS block party. We can find a block, close it off and have sorts of craziness going on. Plus everyone can get fucked up for a small amount of money. Of course we will fully enforce the 21 drinking age for the younger members.

Considering all outdoor public events are strongly controlled by the NYPD and NO drinking is allowed, I suggest you try a different city.

I saw people getting arrested at the St Patrick's Day parade for Open Container and I know there is no drinking anymore at the San Gennaro Festival.

Good plan, but it's just not gonna happen in this city.

Brooklyn has had it's share of block party's too. Dan your talking about big events. Thats where the no drinking is enforced.
