Has anyone seen this movie that takes place in Limerick, Ireland...
I enjoyed this movie immensely... A great human story and the performances of "all" the children who played in the movie, they made you feel each and every emotion that they were portraying...
alot of humorous moments...
when the little boys bag breaks and his coal drops out "Shit" he says...
"ain't it grand, a good shit and plenty of grass to wipe your ars with"
:)
also alot of sadness
:(

i read the book, and saw the
movie. it's a good book, if you
can get used to his unusual
writing style.

my mother grewup in Limerick,
Ireland and was very critical of
the movie.
