Let Billy get fired. He doesn't know how lucky he is. How many of us go to a shitty job every day and would love to have a gig like his. I like Billy but I have no sympathy for him.

People, I understand your sentiments. However, what goes on in one's personal life DOES have an effect in all arenas including that of work.

Billy is going through a very hard time now and faces a long slow healing process. The problems are exacerbated and complicated by the drinking.

Billy is a nice person; he isn't a "bad guy." Most of us are fortunate never to have experienced what Billy is going through. It's unfair to judge him without a frame of reference that only such experience provides.

Horde King no offense but that reasoning is garbage, everybody goes through some kind of personal problems at all points in life and what may seem like not much in ones persons eyes is difficult to deal with in another persons. And to give him a cop out of personal problems doesnt help, its just americas way of putting the blame off on someone or something. The bottom line is Billy does not want to take responsibility for his actions so he goes into a sad guy act which is pathetic. Its time for people to begin taking account for their actions and the reprecussions that it causes. <P>
I have to agree with the Knowledged One here. I know Billy is having problems, but if he can't handle them and work on the show....maybe he shouldn't work on the show then. <P>
And while I don't fully know Billy's situation, I'll say that from a third party perspective, he's not helping resolve the problems in his life by going out and boozing it up. <P>
