Don't they remember what happened when they tried to have table service and shrimp baskets a few years ago?

Veggie burgers STINK.

I can't stand them. I've tried many different brands, they all taste like puke.

If I want meat, I'll go for that, and when I want veggies, I'll stick to the real thing, not processed soybean protein product.

Part of being a vegetarian, whatever your reasons, is not going to McDonalds or any fast food burger joint. So let them formulate what ever crap they want... Its been six years since I had a burger, and I never have any desire to eat one or a vegetable imitation of one. Theres so many other wonderous dishes out there... the world of couscous, falafel, pasta, eggplant....

well its TERRIFIC that u think that but a great
unique dish to try is also a veggie burger. Its not
the need to replace meat- its a good food to enjoy
for what it is. I personally dont eat them too much, i
stick closer with rice and grains and vegetables but
theres nothing wrong with a good soy burger- and
when you hang out with people who DO eat meat
and they want a cheeseburger- its good to know
you can take a walk with them to McDonalds or
Burger King and get something for yourse

I'm not a vegetarian, I'm actually more of a carnivore, but I have tried veggie burgers about 5 years ago when I was dating a vegetarian. We broke up because she started pressuring me to stop eating meat. So I dumped her. For steak. But veggie burgers are pretty good if you eat them for what they are and not expect them to taste like a regular burger. But, and no offense to anyone, I'd still rather have a Whopper.

NICE.

Vegetarians annoy me. If they don't eat meat for dietary reasons, that's one thing. I just can't stand the whole ideological reasoning about not eating meat because it's a living animal. I don't care. Hell, I'd eat any animal if you cook it right.
