Opening show announcement...

Being Joe might be on an extend vacation and Hawk puts next to nothing into it.. i say we try and get guest listeners to do opening show announcement... have some of the listeners call before show time and have someone pick randomly who gets to do the announcements... any thoughts...

I like the Hawk and really don't care to hear some dopy listener I don't know introducing R&F. I thought it was hilarious when they replayed the announcement the last couple of days.

It just seems that Hawk does a lot of stuff for the show and this is just one more thing added on him.. why not cut him a break and throw it on someone else. just a thought..

I remember Joe Poo's first call to the show. He SUCKED. After a few calls, and Ron & Fez tellin' him he was great, he got more comfortable. When he started doing the opening to the show he was worse then Hawk is now, but he got better.
Give Hawk a chance, he is new at this. I for one like it, it's different.
Change is good, look at what not changing did to Eddie Trunk, he is an egomaniac.
