depends on the person, some people spill hteir guts out when they first meet someone, some people are very forthcoming, some are very honest, most are lying scum bags whoyou won't know even if you spend years with them :)

It's not who you love, It's how.

I don't think you can really know someone that well after a month. Are you talking about love? I know love seems to blind us, and makes us think we are in love so quickly to someone ...

you only know what they choose to share with you which is sometimes all lies in the end

just spend alot of time with a person, and if they change for the worst you will then know who they really are

One month aint nothing to know a person! And is it really a months time you known this person? Have you spent every single day of that 4 weeks with that person? Think about it

In vino veritas

There's a place in the world for the angry young man With his working class ties and his radical plansHe refuses to bend, he refuses to crawl,He's always at home with his back to the wall. And he's proud of his scars and the battles he's lost,And he struggles and bleeds as he hangs on the cross-And he likes to be knowns as the angry young man.

I don't even know me that well and I've been around me for as long as I can remember. You never know anyone and when you think you do they do something to prove you don't.

NJBYTCH - LLEEDER made an excellent point.

How many people can say that they fully understands their desires, motivations, dislikes, hatreds and all aspects of their behavior?

It's easy to form an impression of a person after just a few minutes of conversation. Part of that is due to the organizational structure of our brain, which sorts things into specific categories for easier retreival from memory. When we meet someone, in addition to hundreds of other categories, we sort them into a "nice" or "not nice" category.

Love at first sight is a harmful myth. It's not possible to love someone until you know them and understand and acknowledge their good and bad points.

Often people confuse "lust at first sight" with "love at first sight."

Often, people who are insecure, or have other related problems, tend to have a great deal of trouble understanding the entire concept of love. They "love" person "A" one week, but the next week it's another person who's the love of their life.
