Previewing posts

I would have put this in the Tech Support forum but uummm well....I was told to put it here....

Whenever I preview a post which I do often, this is placed in my posts [p] but with <>. I guess that is for paragrapgh spacing but its really annoying and when I go back to edit them it screws up my entire post....sometimes it will just cut off whole sentences like it did here http://www.ronfez.net/messageboard/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=69&Topic=10578&RequestTimeout=50 or double space my paragraphs but I have already spaced them....what the f?? does anyone else have this problem

I have that problem too, but what i do when i view my post first and see that it needs to be edited....just click the back button on your browser.
