This is a message to anyone who has the capacity to capture audio/video/photographs of the Ron & Fez Show. If you have any bits from the show, video from the road shows, or photos from either of the above, FEEL FREE to e-mail them to me at jeff@foundrymusic.com.

I would like our media archive to be as complete as Foundry's. Really looking to beef up the Ron & Fez archive so everyone can enjoy old bits as well as the new stuff.

Don't be afraid to send big files. I have a cable modem.

:)

IM me at sabanj666 if you have any questions.

Seeyuh!

how would we be able to get audio? just asking to help out.

To be more specific, would tape recording the show be good idea? the quality may not be so good and besides, how would we get the tape transfer it digitally to the computers?<P>

In case you've been living under a rock all these years, there are many programs out there that allow you to record audio from lets say your sterio to your computer, Im not to sure where to look but if you ask around Im sure some people will b glad to help you out

There's a place in the world for the angry young man With his working class ties and his radical plansHe refuses to bend, he refuses to crawl,He's always at home with his back to the wall. And he's proud of his scars and the battles he's lost,And he struggles and bleeds as he hangs on the cross-And he likes to be knowns as the angry young man.

I know of programs like those but I was thinking of the best quality. I've worked with many programs which let you record from your sterio, playing mp3 files, wavs etc., but they usually don't have as rich a quality as you would want them to.

There are a number of ways you can go about doing this:

1) Tape Deck to sound card external input in

2) Tape Deck to VHS/DV Camcorder, Capture the audio using Premiere.

3) Buy a radio tuner card for your PC (Under $60) to tune in radio on your PC, with recording options.

I suggest as oppose to just leaving this open to whoever, we get a group of people to commit to getting the bits onto the site.

I for one volunteer, but it is not a one man job, and needs to be organized with the full cooperation of the mods.

And if a group is put togeteher, at least one mod should be in it, so everyone is on the same page with what everyone is exactly doing
