SPACEAGE - It depends.

Are you talking about pretending things are fine when you interact with others or are you trying to convince yourself that things are OK. The former can be fine, the later is not.

Whatever the situation you should talk with someone you trust about what is bothering you and try to see if you can figure out how to improve things.
