And in a round about way doing this plan would help to produce more lottery money...you spend 30 million to generate 50 million. Why not just spend it all in one day by paying the tolls on the Tri-Borough Bridge...

Sheepy didn't explain this properly...you have 30 days to spend 30 million, but you CAN'T buy anything, so no agrocrags or cars or anything...you have to spend it on things that you won't own.

After that happens, then you get to keep 50 million. BUT you can't tell anyone about that prize and you CAN'T explain that you're spending this money in wacky ways to get that prize. (Although this part falls through on the lotto idea...but the no assets thing holds up)

So I'd spend my 30 million on flooding the skies with Flying Elvises...the skies would grow dark and Elvis would rain down upon us...
