It's a normal physiological response, as people age, they become aroused more slowly. Additionally, the musculature at the base of the penis starts to lose it's elasticity. A teenager's penis usually points straight up (parellel to the stomach). A middle ager's penis points straight out and an older man's penis points down. Doesn't interfere with functionality at all. The point is that especially at your age, it's completely normal.
