Overall I was rather unimpressed by this year's car show. None of the cars were very unique in either look or features.
Some dissapointments:
1) Acura and BMW sported some of THE UGLIEST concepts I've ever seen...and I rememebr that awful GTO concept Pontiac came out with two or three years ago.
2) The new Dodge Viper is absolutely atrocious. The hood assembly is no longer shaped like the head of a snake. Instead they opted for a more streamlined roadster look, which makes it just about as entertaining as the new Z.
3) Anyone going to the show to see the new Z should save thier money and stay home. It is boring and uninspired and doesn't hold a candle to the Z of the early 90's.
4) Chevrolet used a truck salvaged from Ground Zero as an insulting attempt to show off the durability of thier product line. It is probably the most disgusting exploitation of a disaster I have ever seen and it made me very angry.
I suggest you walk up to the representative from Chevy and spit in his face. I will NEVER buy a Chevy because of that, and I was REALLY into the Trailblazer. (Which, like most GM cars, sports that shitty DELCO stereo. Piece of shit.)
