who else gets pms, and how bad do you get?
guys, how do you react to your ladies' pms problems?
i usually get very moody and high strung a couple of days before my period. i get so emotional, little things that wouldnt normally bother can almost bring me to tears or get me really pissed off. and then once the blood starts to flow, the psychoticness disappears and i turn into somebody that needs to get laid in the worst way. Damn blood!

It usually happens when something really stupid makes me fly off the handle. Or I cry uncontrollably at the littlest things or a cheesy Lifetime movie.

I get really bitchy and depressed right before my period....or maybe thats just all the time...
I saw a commercial for this the other day...Not only can we get PMS but now they say it could be PMDD
Irritability, sadness, sudden mood changes, tension, bloating. If you suffer from many of these symptoms month after month and they clearly interfere with your daily activities and relationships you could have PMDD. PMDD, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, is a distinct medical condition that is characterized by intense mood and physical symptoms right before your period. PMDD is a medical condition that only your doctor can diagnose. And unless he or she is made aware of your symptoms, when they occur and their intensity, PMDD can go undiagnosed
Could you have it?

it's interesting that this should be here now, because i think i just got pms for the first time this month. for me, my period has always meant horribly painful cramps, and that was about it. but this month for some reason i was just insane... i started crying hysterically over something that really wasnt a huge deal and couldnt stop for hours. and i was fighting with everyone. and just all kinds of bad stuff. i wonder what could have happened to make things change so suddenly... my hormones are all screwy

I suffer from PMS in the worst way. I get angry very easily and I also get violent. I know I should see a doctor about it but it feels so good to break stuff or call people names when I am PMSing. I don't know when it starts exactly but everyone can tell when I am about to open the bloodgates.
