View Full Version : Short term Memory
HK, Ive got this little problem with my short term memory. It happens quite frequently. Ill be saying something to someone, get interrupted for like a second, and forget totally what I was saying or thinking. On the opposite end, Im sharp as a pin when it comes to my long term memory. Is there something wrong with me?

In vino veritas
There's a place in the world for the angry young man With his working class ties and his radical plansHe refuses to bend, he refuses to crawl,He's always at home with his back to the wall. And he's proud of his scars and the battles he's lost,And he struggles and bleeds as he hangs on the cross-And he likes to be knowns as the angry young man.

"Leonard Shelby: Memory can change the shape of a room; it can change the color of a car. And memories can be distorted. They're just an interpretation, they're not a record, and they're irrelevant if you have the facts.

AG - Umm, I'm sorry, could you repeat that?
It sounds perfectly normal. You're not experiencing memory lapses, you're distracted and losing your train of thought.
Everyone experiences it to some degree or another. Who hasn't gone into a room and once there wondered what the hell they came in for?
If you find these episodes are very frequent or worsen, consult a nuerologist. Otherwise, your experiences are shared by everyone.
