i want to get one, but i have to stick with one idea. i've went from a butterfky with celtic designs in the wings to sokmething with elven (elf) writing, any ideas? maybe i'll go to this.

I think it's more original not having a tatoo these days. Having said that I'd still want one if only I had the money. <P>

im so in! i got a tat at a convention last yr. conventions are a fucking blast! but its more expensive to get a tattoo at a convention because those are top name artists.. and you dont want to get an ordinary butterfly cause they will turn you away.. you need to be creative at these things...

I'm not sure if I'll get one at the convention. I don't know about the quility of work. I'd want to go to a reputable place. I invision a bunch of hacks. But a friend is getting it done, so i'll go and get some better ideas.

Has anyone gotten a tattoo at a convention before?

I have 1 tattoo, and I've been wanting to get another one. I just can't decided on what to get. As Just Jon said, I find myself not getting into one thing long enough that I'll put it on myself forever. I mean, I got one, and it means a lot to me, but I can't find another thing like that to put on myself again.

How about a tattoo on my ass that says Exit only? Sorry Queers.

i got a tattoo at last years convention, and its not a bunch of hack, quite the opposite, its the best artists from all around the world, my best tattoo was convention

Well, I got my first tattoo last
night at the convention. Stayed
simple. A black dragon.
But Inky's right. There were some
great artist, not too many hacks.

There were these two guys doing
arabic writing tattoos. I kind of
felt sorry for them no one was
going to them. I guess they were
tring to start a new trend. Kind of
like the chinese and japanese
trend in tattoos.

It just wasn't taking off for them.
I wonder why...?

along with furie, I also got my
first tattoo last night at the
convention. I got a black
butterfly, very detailed with a
rose in the center of the
butterfly. I got the tattoo on the
small of my back. that way only
people that i want to see it can
see it. furie thinks it looks very
cute.
