The new Spy Hunter vs. the Old Classic Spy Hunter

Okey I got the new one for Gamecube, and I'm not sure what I think about it yet. Because it's like a traditional driving game, you sort of lose the fun of using your oil slick/smokescreen because it's hard to judge whose beihind you, even with the rear view mirror thing. ANyone else have the game or play it?
