There is this older woman at work that is a total MILF and I want to hang out with her. She always talks to me in a flirty way and flicks her tongue at me. Today we were talking and she was saying how nothing is goin on in her life. She said that shes hungout with 25 yr olds and they are fun for a couple of hours but then its nothing good for her and shes been with older guys but they are usually married or getting out of a marriage. I really was gonna ask her out then but I'm only 23 so I'm younger than the younger guys shes been with. Also how do i recover when she says no , everyone will find out eventually. She doesnt know how old I am , maybe she thinks I'm older. Well just wanted to know what to do?

dude, just go and see if she wants to get a couple of drinks after work.. be yourself.. i was 22 and dating a 32 woman.. just be yourself and keep the stories of college and shit like that to a min.. with the drink question no one can really say anything to you about asking a fellow worker out for a drink.. it's perfect.. you will know in the first 20min of the drinks if it will be a good nite... hope this helps..

I agree with Irish....ask her out for a drink...BUT make sure it is a place where you will not run into anyone from either work or your home area. Make sure you concentrate on HER and do NOT let the sex topic come up until at least 2 drinks into the conversation. Let HER do all the talking until you have something to add....if she is older then she will want to take the lead, so let her...for a time..then YOU take over and enjoy the ride. And OH yes...show confience and and an open mind. GOOD LUCK...let me know how it turns out...
