I know it definitely wasn't any of us mentioned Friday night. Girls like Sarah, Missy, Anna, Clare and other babies were way before any of us. As far as the girls that are around now, I believe Melissa was the first.

well its not a very clear question. Up until 2001 Baby Sarah was queen. But I wouldnt call her the shows girl now cause shes not involved anymore and very few of us remeber her. I think since Melissa has been involved in the show shes been the reigning queen and rightly so for all shes done for the show.
