On wednesday i went to church in queens, many of you are familiar with the first church of shea stadium, and i was there on the hottest day of the year (so far) as i was praying there i was in the 11th row..i mean pew from the alter...and wit hthe scorching rays i had my hat, my shirt, bottle water to cool me off and spf30 sun block...and yet i am now at work in pain and red as hell....i hate sunburn..its all over me i know when i wake up thursday night i will be in pain and god knows how much pain on friday i will be when i see everyone at the crule circus....did i mention i hate sunburn

Put cold compresses on, soak in an oatmeal bath, put Noxzema or Aloe Vera Gel on after the bath ... and take a pain killer!

its really bad on my neck, and on my forearms...and my face is a little red...it sucks cause i got a hug anda kiss last night from my one year old neice and that even hurt

try this. get a bottle of rubbing alchol and a penny. put the penny and the rubbing alcohol in a bowl for about 15 minutes. then use a cotton ball to rub the alcohol on the areas that are sunburned. my step mother use to do this to us kids when we got a sunburn and living in florida, you get alot of them. or go and buy a aloe plant and break off a piece and rub that on the sunburn. hope you feel better.

The best remedy for sunburn is to douse yourself with red wine vinegar. Get in the shower pour the vinegar over the affected areas, let it sit for a minute or two and then shower as usual (to take the vinegar funk off of you...)

You'll feel better right away.

It's called reapplication. No matter how much you put on, it's going to sweat or get get rubbed off. Bring the bottle next time and keep lathering it on! Trust me, I am very fair skinned!

Also, aloe always feels best to me. I heard Noxema helps sunburn too but i could be wrong.

Tell me about it, I work outside on the telephone poles (closer to the sun :) ) and I have been getting burnt over and over again this week,,I look like a fucking lobster! man am I in pain!!

tell me about it knocked i was at shea with spf 30 and i still got super burnt...but i think i found a cure...i am now more tanned on my arms and face then burnt..but my ears nose and face are more burnt..and the back of my neck is in real bad shape....i bought solorcain...the sunburn spray and i still had a half empty bottle of Curel cream...the mixture really is helping alot... and ummmm zath...you could of fixed your post before i did it...OUCH
