Party Idea

My cousin who lives in the city every now and then rents these double decker tour busses. He gets a bunch of his freinds together, and a keg or 2 depending on the amount of freinds, and they get the bus to drive around the city while they get bombed out of there minds! I think if we gathered a good amount of people together we could make this happen!! What does everyone think?
