I hate to post such a broad topic but I just read a reference to it in an article which reminded me how much I love my pick.

Terry Gilliam's masterpiece "Brazil".

Anyone who hasn't seen it, you must. It's impossible to explain. Trust me.

bazil is the only movie i have on dvd. my uncle gave it to me as a gift...too bad he didn't buy me a dvd player so i could at least watch the movie. anyway, brazil is an amazing film. i've seen it at least five times and i still don't completely understand some parts of the film. it's definitely a unique film.

however, brazil is not my all-time favorite movie. my all-time favorite movie would have to be born in flames by lizzie borden. the film is set in new york city and it's basically about a group of diverse radical women who come together and take over the mainstream media. it's an awesome film.

my top five films would be:
1)born in flames directed by lizzie borden
2)invasion of the body snatchers directed by don siegel
3)brazil directed by terry gilliam
4)welcome to the dollhouse directed by todd s.
5)hurricane streets directed by morgan j.freeman

There are too many to narrow it down to just one, but "the road warrior" with mel gibson is fantastic.
