When I worked at Denny's I always gave my co-workers a ride when they needed one. Never asked for gas money or even a thank you. All I wanted was to make sure they got home safe. Then one day my car broke down and I called every one of them for a ride. They all turned me down. I never gave anyone another ride again. Till this day I get asked for a ride. This one guy at my job has been bumming rides for 6-7 months now. That's pathetic.
