Alcohol help

OK, I like going out to have a drink now and then with friends. Here's my problem, I don't want to keep ordering Long Islands all night long.
I really don't know of too many drinks.

Can ya throw out a couple ideas, or something that you think is pretty good. And I DON'T want some drink that has some pansy ass umbrella in it...something good with kick.
And...throw out some names of shots so I'm not at a loss when someone asks me, "What kind of shot do you want?"

If you want something with kick, I suggest switching to Captain and Coke, Black Russian, or Seven & Seven. As far as shots, I ALWAYS go with Tequila. Cuervo Gold, please, with the fixin's.

i like jagermeister shots. when they're cold they are the straight money. stay away from southern comfort, it's too sweet. as for a drink try a stoli vanilla vodka and coke. it's delicious.

laura, you like tequila? i'm dominican and mexican and i cannot do it. i'll do any other shot except that. you're too tough for me.

Vodka Collins are really good or you could go with your standard Jack and water if you want a manly drink...

As for shots, I like Kamakazis, red death, or Irish Carbombs.. yum

My fave shots are Purple Motherfuckers, Kamikaze's, Sicilian Kiss and So Co & Lime.
My fave drinks are Amaretto Sours, Whickey Sours and Electric Lemonades.

It depends on the weather and location.

Beach or hot days Cadillac Margaritas. Cuervo 1800, Countreau, and Gran Marnier on the rocks with salt.

Winter time start with 7-7's then work your way up to Candian Club and 7up then Crown Royal and 7 up.
