You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Whats up with guy?? He has no emotions. He stands there and takes Ron and fez's abuse with no reaction. He does not even defend himself. Is he possibly the biggest tool out there??? One day he is going to break down and start sucking Rons scalp.
