That nutty tour quid they had on last night (I can't remember his name) was talking about some mythology involving 36 members whose job it is to keep humanity from destruction (or something a long those lines)...what are those people called?

I meant to write it down, but I fell asleep, I know it started with a 'f'...

I'm just kinda curious about it, because it's the first I've ever heard of it and I'd like to know more. Any help would be much appreciated.

I forget what he said they were actually called, but weren't they 36 Jewish "prophets" that "hold up the world" with the suffering and pleasires of their lives? Something along those lines, though I could be wrong...Speed's a great guy...I took The Cruise a couple years back on a trip to NY and it was fantastic...and the little documentary on him of the same name is definitely worth checking out...I think Ron may have been mixed up, because the last time I saw it it was on The Sundance Channel and not IFC...
