AMY - Your feelings for him are quite differenet than his feelings for you. He may care for you deeply as a friend but not romantically.

If he did there is not a chance that he'd tell you he wants to fuck other people. Even if he just wanted sex from you he wouldn't say this, b/c of the reaction that most women would give ("go fuck YOURSELF").

A relationship doesn't have to be romantic to be intimate and fantastic. I am a strong proponent of platonic friendships and they can be just as fullfilling but in a different way.
