as soon as his broken arms heals he's goingto the wwf.I'm glad he will be there soon, new matchs never seen before.
Too bad he has no talent. Nor does he have any passion for the business. I hope he never gets signed.

Goldberg has a lot of talent. He's like a shootfighter. He's got submission holds and power moves I mean hell I saw the man do a backflip when DDP tried to legsweep him. If WCW didn't just push the spear and the jackhammer you'd see that Goldberg can do it all.
Justice, like Lightning should ever appear...to some men hope..to other men FEAR.

Tazz is right. He was basically all in it for the money and never loved wrestling (no love = no desire). He will improve the WWF ratings for a week or two and then it will be the same stuff AGAIN!
Goldberg in = more midcarders released! BAH! Patooey!

There is nothing more exhilerating than pointing out the shortcomings of others, is there?

that about sums it up. this is definetely not confirmed. he's got a lot left on his other contract so if he does come it won't be for a couple of years. maybe sooner but it's still at least a year away.

alright i stink. i just read somewhere that the wwf may have bought out his reamining contract.
we could see him sooner rather than later, but i think that sucks. unless they bring him in to job to everyone. he has no heart. him and nash should be a tag team

Apparently, Goldberg has accepted a buyout of his contract (he still had something like a year left), and has declared himself a "free agent". Basically, he's going to whore himself out to the highest bidder. The net is buzzing about who will sign him.....New Japan and Pride both seem to want to sign him, and folks are throwing out the names of the XWF, WWA, and Jarrett's new NWA promotion, but honestly, the WWF is the likely place where he'll go.
I'm no fan of Goldberg....he has minimal talent, has no love or passion for the business, and he helped to prematurely end Bret Hart's career because of his sloppy ring work.
But the WWF is in a situation where they may feel they NEED to sign him. Smackdown is getting the worst ratings EVER, and with the Rock's ring career virtually over (why wrestle every night when you can make a cool 10 million for filming a movie?), they need another "name" worker to fill in the gaps.

I'm glad, I enjoyed watching his matches and think (like few others apparently) that he has more talent then he was given a chance to demonstrate because of the way his character was written. <P>
Also, the bulk of the fans love the guy. This doesn't make him talented but does give him instant heat, heat that is currently lacking from wwf shows. <P>

Goldberg in the WWF? I admit I would love to see it but knowing the WWF it will suck in about 2 weeks. Remember how they killed the n.W.o. in the same span of time. I f they do decide to bring hi in.....just have him do a run in at the end of one of their shows.....how lang has it been since we seen one of those? And if you honestly think he aint coming to the WWF.....I seem to remember a time where we all thought Hogan would never come back....and now the old FUCK is World Champion.....goddam it!
In a world of lies it is the man who tells the truth who must be silenced!

The WWF didn't kill the NWO. The NWO was dead long before they brought them in.

i hate goldberg. but you know that he'll get signed. he would boost radings like mark said, but i wouldn't be watching anymore.
althought i would love to see goldberg go up aginist lesner, i think that would be a great match, but goldberg has no passion for the sport and is only in it for the paycheck. i know a lot of people just do it for the money, but they atleast show some sort of love and passion for what they do.

I'm not even that crazy about bringing in Goldberg, but you know what? That is an exactly point you brought up. Any angle / push that Goldberg would be involved in would fail because of one thing - ego.
It's the same reason the nWo failed, it's the same reason that the Invasion failed - Vince will NEVER let "outside" talent come in to his federation and actually succeed. There's this bullshit theory that they have to "pay their dues" (or in the Invasion's case, Vince would never let another promotion's talent be put over his own). So it all failed.
And Goldberg will fail too. The only way he would succeed would be if they brought him in, and they PUT HIM OVER THE WWF WRESTLERS. You think that will happen though? Hell no. You think HHH is going to lay down for Golberg? Do you think the great "locker room leader" Undertaker will let Goldberg pin him? If he doesn't, his push will fail. Vince would need to do what the WCW guys did - take Goldberg, and to hell with the old WWF guard, put his no-talent ass over ALL of them. Then maybe people would view him as a threat and would buy into him again.

If Goldberg does sign with the wwf I think they should redo the Invasion angle and bring back WcW.
