Fighting advice

My friend recently got into 2 fights,and got his ass handed to him. He might need some help if more people gang up on him witch looks like will happen.I have a strong feeling no one will help him...should I.I have hardly got into big fights.

if your friend's in trouble, do what you can to get him out of there safely. As for fighting, try to avoid it, but if you have to, stay calm, protect your vitals and head, let your opponent throw himself off-balance, then strike. He won't be able to roll with the punch, and will go down easy, no matter how big he is.

viloence does not solve any thing, do not look for trouble if he cant talk his way out of it, and if its more then one person then i see why you want to help, if it does happen you have to put yourself in 1 of 2 categories.
1. fight them off fairly
2. fight them off and intentially put one in the hospital so when the police report come you cant at least get one of them and then press charges on all of them.
I am the kinda guy that is a number 2.

I totally agree....viloence does not solve anything. I myself am a lover...not a fighter. BUT....if this problem persists...my advice...get them before they can get you....preferrably with a pipe or a fucking chair leg or bat. If your gonna fight ....fuck it...fight dirty and hurt them. Make sure they never fuck with you again .

There are a number of things you didn't mention. For example, why has he been beaten up twice in as many days? Was he the instigator? Was it simple bullying? Why was he in such an isolated place that he got beaten up two days in a row?

A bully situation is very difficult. Telling the principal will only earn him more beatings. Not saying anything will make him lose self-respect.

Bullies always go for a target they perceive as weak. Hurting them is the only way they can boost their core pathology of inferiority. If your friend can sucessfully stand up to them, his problems will end. However, it's more than likely that he will lack the strength and skill to fight the bully.

Even in situations where only one side wants to fight, there will be war no matter the peaceful intentions of the victim. Your friend should take the obvious precautions and learn to fight himself. Not to bully people, but rather to be more confident in his ability to face down the bully.

Why is your friend Hetting involved in fights? Is he being bullied or is he a Dickhead? Whatever the case he is your friend. I don not like fighting and I avoid it at all cost. Unfortunately trouble comes looking for you sometimes.

All I can say to both of you is first and foremost protect yourselves, and keep your wits about you. Do not panic and as hard as it may seem try not to get angry. Keep your knees bent and your stance in line with ytour shoulders, move on the balls of your feet. Watch your opponents body not eyes. As for offense try to keep your blows quick and powerful (duh?).

Try not to fight, but if you must be careful and use good discretion, but protect youself.

Here's the story...my friend and this other kid(i also know) got into an argument at lunch.My friend goes into this this other kid's next class, they fight and it was broken up....my friend was suspended for 5 days and this other kid for 3.

So 4 days go by, this kid returns to school.After school my friend in his car follows and almost hits this kid as he was walking home. My friend tells him to go to the bolling ally to fight. They fight, my friend loses, and suspended for 2 more days for being near school.

If they fight 1 on 1 I will watch, but if this other kid get's someone to help him I will do what I can to help my friend. I can't stand when pussies don't fight 1 on 1.

number one sol no offense but they way you put it makes it sound liek your friend is the instigator at this, and he is looking for a fight...what must be so important that he is looking for a fight...no offense but it really sounds like he is looking for a fight and in that case you really should not get involved cause if he is the instigator then its his problem but if he was the one geting attacked then i would say defend him
