Finally a way to let your problems roll off your back, and excuse them in a nice simple way.

According to the Law of Billy Staples, one can attribute all problems to chemical imbalance. I'd just like to say, that one time, when I lied to my principal and got out of expulsion from my school for destroying property...that was a chemical imbalance. It wasn't really me.
