I need some ideas for gifts, Mothers day is also my
moms birthday.
SO far Im taking her to see a show and diner in the
city and getting her a coach bag for mothers day.
For her birthday I was thinking maybe a nice classy
Movado watch or something?
what is anyone getting their moms?

flowers and candy are always good. and some homemade cards. and breakfast in bed. moms always love that stuff.

Whatever u end up giving her, it may be a nice idea to separate the occasions, even though they occur on the same day. Maybe in the morning, celebrate her birthday, then celebrate Mothers day in the adternoon or evening. As far as a gift idea, maybe an all expense paid "day of beauty" at an upper class spa or beauty salon. Keep in mind, I'm a guy, and therefore suck at gift giving. lol. Good luck, and Happy Mom's Day to all the board members to whom it pertains!!!

it depends. i think a nice spa gift certificate is good. my mom passed away in '96, but my boyfriends mother is like a second mom to me, so i'm giving her Godiva Chocolates, a night out to dinner, and a silly dancing chicken (she likes stuff like that)

You can always do what I did last year, I gave her a pair of flipflops and a dildo.

When she asked what was that, I said if you dont like the flipflops you can go fuck your self...

I'm kidding of course...

I find that women in general, no matter what age, no matter what ocation, LOOOOOVE the Bling-Bling.

So I think you are on the right track with the Movado

Peace & Hugs,

Since my mom lives on the west coast, when I went to visit a couple of months ago, I came across a picture that was my grandmothers of my grandparents walking on the beach from the day my Gram told my Grandfather that she was pregnant with my mom. I went and had the picture blown up to an 8x10 and put it in a sterling silver antique frame.
