Al's Meltdown did not change him... here's why.

Did anyone else notice that with Frenchy and Voss last night Al was like a man possesed screaming at them, yet with Rick he was somewhat quiet. I'm sure this is breaking no new ground but it seems to me that Al is afraid of angering O & A again. He was SCREAMING at on again off again characters, but with the one who was the most brutal, the producer, he backed down and defended himself. Al still knows his place in the NEW studios, and he's still a puss(As much as I would LOVE him to stop being one)

I think that he respects Rick and didn't want to completely lose whatever might be between them since they work in the same place. I can understand that.
