Most guilt over all manners of sexual expression come from misplaced religious "moral" trappings. It reflects an attitude where sex is considered "dirty" and a "sin."

These "morals" reflect a pattern of all religions to keep women second class citizens. (This attitude was reflected in legislation in the 1900's that legalized condom use for men (to prevent VD) but made it a felony for women to use birth control devices. (I recomend reading about the trials and tribulations and eventual triumph of Margaret Sanger, the woman whose work eventually legalized birth control and was the major force behind the birth control pill.)

It should be needless to say this, but unfortunately it is not: All sexual expression; masturbation, hetero, homo, bi, threesomes, etc, are normal and healthy and a very enjoyable part of life.
