Being just a wee bit older than the majority of board members, I can say without hesitation that there has been a tremendous change in women over the past several years.

The women of this board reflect a majority of females today in that they truly enjoy, and revel in, their femininity. No one is happier about this fact than me, by the way.

So, what's the one thing that you ladies like best about being a member of the "fairer sex"?

I enjoy the versatility. I like the times when I can either dominate or take a back seat in certain situations. I don't know if I am making any sense but it's hard to explain. Sometimes, I know I can use my femininity as a way to control or get something. Then there are times when things go back to the good ole' times and people open doors for women, allow them to go first, open car doors for them, etc. <P>
