Re-Arranging the NEW schedule

I don't know about most of you but I really hate the schedule WNEW's got for all their shows. I loved listening to R0n n' FeZ at nights, but being as the afternoon slot is not going to change, the least they could do is put Don and Mike on in their old slot. I think Don and Mike are just as interesting, (but not as funy) as R n' F.

What should go in the place of Don n' Mike? I really don't care, because I don't know anyone who gets the chance to listen to the radio at that time anyhow, which is my number one reason to put D&M on at 11..

So, what would you guys do if you could arrange the shows on WNEW?

My schedule goes as follows.


5-9.. Any morning show. They all seem to suck anyhow don't they?
9-12.. Radio chick. During this time everyone can take a break from the radio, which is what the chick is intended for isn't it?
12-4.. R0n n' FeZ. O&A don't need that extra 3 o' clock hour if you asked me..
4-7.. The great, O&A
7-8.. Hour of O&A best of
8-11.. Don n' Mike
11-3.. Re-run "morning show" or Radio Chick
3-5.. Best of R0n n' FeZ


I don't know if I'm the only one who has thought of this, but if any of you have also, I'd be interested to hear what you have to think.

you D*** C***... Are you out of your mind saying that O&A doesn't need the 3 o'clock Hour?... First of all the Hour that was "EXTRA" was the 2(TWO!!!) o'clock Hour, and they already lost it. and on top of it all you want an extra hour of best of O&A from 7 to 8... what a Cluster fuck your dream line up is... holy shit.

another thing, the radio shows on WNEW are on time accordingly with way that the ratings are measured by, the audience that listened to the 2 o'clock hour that O&A had were being measured as Radio Chick's listeners because that portion of the O&A show was actually being aired in the afternoon spot. therefore O&A didn't lose much there, but it was nice for the chick to have those rating points... oh well... she outta that spot now anyway. O&A is fine where they are now. as far as I see, they either stay on that spot or they will get out of WNEW.. just wild guess!

no offense but that has to be the stupidest programming under the sun. the fact that you wanna cut down the hottest show on the station makes no sense. if you wanna give ron and fez another hour you should take away one of the sports guys hours

So Ok, you're all correct. My biased opinion got in the way of good programming I suppose. The only problem I have is that I would like to put Ron N FeZ on later, rather than sooner.

I happen to like both shows equally, I think it is hard to compare the two cause they have 2 different sounds to them. I happen to like them at the 7:00 slot also, and I think the Chick was doing a fine job at middays before.

The fact is you want to get rid of the bad shows, (whatever you might think that is) and spread out the good shows the best way possible.

I personally do not like the Don and Mike show. IF moving the Radio Chick to Midday and R&F to 7:00 would get rid of Don amnd Mike then do it.

Remeber everyone, if O&A don't renegotiate, we might be looking at an afternoon drive with Ron and Fez.

Anyhow, if you recognize that pic, it might be from playing Fallout for the PC by Interplay.. If you haven't played this game and you're into playin PC games, you should go get it.. It's impossible to not enjoy it.

They have a pack these days with Fallout 1 and 2 in it, and it costs a whopping 12 bucks.. And it's not one of those shitty discount rack games either in case anyones wondering, it won some awards and best game of the year in some cases..
