whats the difference between fatfree and nonfat?

Fat free or "skim" milk contains 1% fat. Reduced fat milk containes 2% fat. Whole milk contains even more and worse, it's the worst type of fat - saturated. That's the stuff that gunks up your arteries and eventually leads to arteriosclerotic heart disease.
If you can, drink skim milk. At the very least, avoid whole milk.
