so i went to the echobrain show at birch hill lastnight, they are Jason Newsted's (formally of metallica, duh!) new band. for those you you who dont know he was kicked out of metallica cauase they didnt like him having this side project. well it was a good move for jason anyway cause they were great, you can tell he loves the fans, he has always been about the fans, and getting to talk to him and the whole band was great. meeting newsted was a dream come true, he is a god, and the band is great, i would tell anyone who is interested to go grab a cd but they are 10 times better in person.

while your checking out side projects- try THE RENTALs- if some of you havent heard them. they are a weezer side prject, there pretty good.

cause obviously they think they sound good on cd, remember it was just my opinion. and i have heard of the rentals, i havent heard much of their stuff though, i will check them out
