it is the parents responsiblity to be PARENTS .so who cares if A&F do this if parents are being parents this will die if not how am i responsible ? or how is society responsible? they are not .if you are a parent be a parent and raise YOUR kid .

you have to let people live their lives they will make mistakes .the best you can do is give them the tools to make the right descions and let them go out into the world .you cannot (or should not ) have a police state telling people what to do how to look what to wear.
