lewis by tko in 5. tyson has the psychological advantage, but Lewis is just too damn good. 6'6" 250, speed like a middleweight. as long as he stays relaxed, I don't see how he can lose.

10 years ago I would say Tyson without a doubt. But since the guy is so F'ed up these days I dont think he will get passed the 4th round without taking a chunk out of Lewis's body. <P>

You hit the nail right on the head, McNabb. Tyson has not been the same since Cus D'Amato died, then he fired Kevin Rooney as his trainer and got his ass kicked by Buster Douglas. He used to be a boxer, now he's just a fighter.

Where he was once able to successfully battle bigger opponents like Frank Bruno, his skills have eroded to the point where he is nothing special anymore.

True. Plus those guys kept him focused, kept him sane (relatively speaking), kept him out of trouble and kept the riff-raff away from him.

I remember watching Tyson fights on HBO when he first started out. He destroyed people in the ring. Other boxers were visibly scared of him. He could have broken Marciano's 49-0 record and been one of the all-time greats. Now he's been reduced to a joke.

I think it's a testament to just how dominant Tyson was in the late 1980's that people still refuse to believe that fighter is LONG gone. He hasn't been a good boxer for over 10 years, and lives on the hype of his antics and his past.

Bravo, Lennox Lewis...here's hoping you can help restore some dignity to the title of Heavyweight Champ.
