Any good Prom stories out there?

Listening to Sheepy and Clare's "date"got me to reminising...and I don't remember a thing.All I have to show for my first formal night out is a picture of me in a tux that was made with leftover sofa material standing against a wall of velveteen wallpaper.

What's your story?

well, i didn't go to my prom, but i did go to someone else's. he was an ex, and i was with someone new at the time... but he asked me to go and we were trying to do the friends thing, so i agreed to go. the prom itself went well, nothing worth telling. then we went on one of those after prom cruise things... we went outside on the deck and were the only people sitting out there, we're looking out at the water and stuff and he tells m that he still loves me. and i think there may have been some tears, but i can't really remember. no more proms for me after that... ugh

A. I know what you mean.Iwent to a graduation the other day and was just filled with the emotion of what this "stuff" all means...moving on,an end to an era type of feeling.Mostly sadness.

Anyhow I was just trying to "extract" some funny stories.Gotta be some out there.

P.S. Just like a lot of crap in life,it ain't all cracked up to what(you think) it's supposed to be.
